dark brown is not the best trust me go for a light brown or a blondish brown brown with blonde high lites is the best only if you have long hair if not then go dark brown for short hairWhat is the best hair color for ?
personally, i think the best color for any tanned skin is just a few shades darker than the skin itself, because if it's lighter it will just look unnatural. Try a chocolate brown or even a mahogany, but don't go black, it may look too severe.
i would say either black or a REALLY dark brown.





Definatelly not blonde because it looks kind of fake.

with tanned skin u can have almost any colour and it would suit u just stay away from the reds and the oranges as well as bleach blonde blonde looks good but bleach blonde makes your skin look bad it also depends on the color of your eyes that depicts alot
