Going from brown to red - best hair color?

I have medium brown hair, and want a reddish brown shade. I know I'll have to go with a strong red color to phase my dark hair. Any brunettes go red? With at-home color? What did you use?Going from brown to red - best hair color?
Ferria. Its my fave. I find that they make me have really vibrant hair. But yeah if you have lighter brown hair you will tend to have lighter red hair.

Light auburn is pretty. You might first try the golden browns before going to reddish brown, then you won't have such a drastic change.


Garnier Nutrisse or L'Oreal are good products. I've always dyed my own hair and it saves you alot of money. Sure hair stylists will tell you not to, they're loosing business.
Well my mom dies her hair all the time. U can really use anything that dosent look cheep and looks on the more expensive side. Like the earbel essance, that you can use! And yes, get a bright red! It will look great!
