I want to find a dark brown that looks good on me. I have naturally medium/dark brown hair with reddish highlights. I've found if I go too red it makes my skin tone look funny. Ash brown looks best right now, but I'm not sure if I should stay with it. I've heard warm colors look best on everyone. Ash brown is a cool color, so I'm not sure if I'm doing myself any favors by continuing to dye my hair that color. Suggestions??How can I find the best hair color to dye my hair?
1. don't ever do a color that is more than three shades darker or lighter than your eyebrow color.
2.experiment with colors, if you are not sure which color you want, do a shade test on a piece of hair in the underneath of your hair.
3.everyone likes to try something different. be bold and go for a different color brown that you wouldnt normally use. it might just look PERFECT on you!
