Because your hair is so dark, you should see a professional to do it. Black hair is tricky. Maybe a reddish brown color, not totally red ... reddish brown looks good with tan skin
you should do dark brown with medium/light brown highlights. that always looks classy, as long as they are not over done and arent chunky.
um since it close to summer i say a brownish blond or maybe some type of red ask your hair stylist
oh do blond or brown mine is brown and i am tan and it looks good on me
