Best hair color for a fair/cool skin tone with blue-green eyes?

I've decided to color my hair and get rid of how it is naturally, which is dishwater blonde with light, natural blonde highlights. I don't really want anything with a ';bronze'; tone, as that makes my hair look red in the sun/certain lighting.





I started college recently (an Arts college, actually) and am tired of being another ';blonde';.
